Delivery Within the United States
- Standard Ground Shipping (4-6 business days): Complimentary on all orders.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): A flat fee of $15 applies.
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): A flat fee of $25 applies.
International Delivery
We ship to many international destinations. Shipping methods and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout for your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit our website and log into your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) for return.
- Generate your pre-paid returns label and authorization form.
- Pack the items securely, enclose the completed form, and attach the shipping label.
- Drop off the package at any location of the designated carrier.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable shipping method. You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your account statement.
