Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item with its original tags attached within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bodysuits, swimwear, or earrings unless they are faulty.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Please visit our Returns Center at shopmariechantal.com to initiate a return or exchange. You will need your order number and email address. Follow the instructions to generate your returns label and shipping documents.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
In the rare event that an item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
